Continue north and experience the best of southern architecture. Price is excellent considering the other options closer to the river district. You won’t be disappointed. "

"This was the perfect place for me - I stayed 2 nights for a marathon and the space was perfect for my needs. The only trouble I had was with check in, the keypad on the door was not working; however the host was immediately responsive to my panicked text and the issue was resolved with only very minor inconvenience. The bed was very comfortable and I slept SO well the second night (once I realized I needed to close the curtains to block out the streetlights). Location was perfect too, walking...

"Everything met the listing exactly. Very nice home with good space for lounging and relaxing. Parking was always open on the street just about 10 feet from the entrance. Very good communication with the property manager and only about a 5 minute drive to the downtown historic district. "
