"Overall I couldn’t be happier of where we picked to stay for our getaway weekend. Felt like home while we were there especially with the personalized note and farm fresh eggs. Only had one minor issue with the hot tub and as soon as we messaged the host they were very quick to come out and get it fixed for us. "This cabin was everything we needed it to be while staying in the beautiful hocking hills! Close by to all the trails, had a hot tub that was absolutely perfect for this time of year, had everything we needed to cook some delicious cabin-made meals, and was well kept! There were two other rentals on the property but still felt secluded enough. Definitely was the true meaning of a “rustic cabin in the woods,” but a very nice one that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at. Thank you Valley Ridge!"

"This cabin is a wonderful place to stay for a peaceful trip in Hocking Hills. The cabin is just enough if you're looking for a rustic location without staying in a tent. It is as described, so make sure to read the details. The kitchenette is small but perfect for making breakfasts before hiking.The property is gorgeous!!! It was lovely to sit around the fire at night, and wake up to the sunrise through the trees. You can see so many stars standing in the meadow beside the cabin. Most of the trails are within a 20 minute drive from this location. It was perfect for our first trip to Hocking Hills! We would definitely stay here again."

"Total seclusion. If peace, solitude, and connecting to nature are what you are after, then this is your place. Each morning was filled with wildlife. Deer grazing and flocks of wild turkey passing by. The owner remained in touch throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The home is clean and furniture comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We were there during peak fall colors making all of our hikes throughout The Hocking Hills magnificent. Coming back to the silence of this property and soaking in the hot tub under the stars and breathing in the autumn smells was perfection. We left feeling renewed. "

The cabin was beautiful and stocked way better then i anticipated even down to DVD selections which was amazing! The hot tub was perfect. the location was isolated which is what i was looking for yet close to the beautiful hiking trails nearby. It was everything i was looking for amd worth every penny!"
