"This is a duplex. Owner lives upstairs & is very attentive and available via text/phone. The place is old - as are all of the houses in the Bridge District - but nice enough. There were essentials missing in my opinion: toilet paper, toaster or toaster oven. Otherwise we were comfortable & it was nice to be on the ground floor with a yard."

"The room was clean and a good place to sleep. The building is an old warehouse that has been nicely refurbished. It’s a unique area to stay in Davenport, convenient to restaurants and other attractions. The one downside to the suite is there are no windows as it is in the middle of the building."
