A perfect getaway at beautiful Findley Lake. Ideal for skiers and boaters.

This refurbished, circa 1900 cottage offers three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and a sunporch with breathtaking views of the lake. A few steps from the front door a new PRIVATE dock provides areas for relaxing, boating, swimming, fishing, and just sitting. When you think it couldn't get better, retreat to the furnished patio behind the cottage and enjoy the brick fireplace. Light the charcoal grill, and enjoy your evening. If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life then Sunnyside Up is the place for you!

The newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and large windows overlooking the lake. The other two bedrooms have double beds. The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace. The futon sleeps two. Cable TV and WIFI.

For ALL seasons, Findley Lake is a wonderful place to make memories.

Cute place to get away for the weekend
Great cabin! We found the porch to be inviting rain or shine, with great shade trees over the front of the house and awesome lake views. Findley lake is close enough to Chautauqua to enjoy the destination but far enough away to be a quiet getaway. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Property is lovely and cozy, lots of outdoor activities-as well as rainy day indoor fun. Enjoyed fishing & kayaking, cooking & just being all together. Outdoor/green space somewhat limited for pet visitors.

We used the cabin on a family ski trip to Peek N’ Peak (about 5 minutes away). The cabin has a lot of charm! It is well-stocked, with almost everything you could think of! Had no issues while staying there and would recommend this property in any season (I bet the summer is a blast too).

Adorable cottage with great views of Findley Lake!!!
Thank you Matt and Leigh, we had a wonderful weekend at the cottage and hope to return again next year. We had everything we needed and the cottage was so very charming. It is nice to know there is such a great place to get away not too far from our home. We made lots of new memories with the boys and they caught alot of fish off your dock! Great fishing spot as well. We will definitely return!

Beautiful lake view but super old property
The views of the lake were beautiful. There’s a nice dock and outdoor fireplace. The indoor space was really disappointing. The stairs to get upstairs are very narrow. The bedrooms are tiny. Beds/pillows are uncomfortable. The whole place was dusty and smelled mildewy.

Sweet little cottage
Three of us stayed here for two days in the rain....and we still loved it. The place is super cute with lots of great decor. Warning the steps to the bedrooms are narrow and steep. There is a road you need to cross to get to the lake that seems to get truck traffic. The sunroom is wonderful and the kitchen is well stocked and large. Great Place!

Great Cottage on the Lake
Stayed at Sunnyside with my father, mother, brother, girlfriend, and brother’s dog, Hank. We each had our own room and the cottage is very close to the shops and places to eat - about a 3 minute drive. We enjoyed our long weekend very much and rented a pontoon from the marina for fishing and hanging out on the lake. There is dock space included with the rental and it is directly across the street on a private dock that is also a fun place to hang out. Cottage was well decorated, clean, and full of character. Perfect for a getaway from the city.

Quaint and charming cottage
Lovely 1900 circa charm. If you need a lot of closet or drawer space to keep your cloths. You won't find it here. What you will find is a very charming place with a beautiful porch and out door space. Loved the fire place and the dock space which is where we spent most our time. If you have too be stuck inside it can be tight.

Cute and cozy!
This place really has nice cozy cottage feel about it, and you can tell the owners care about it and it's not a forgotten second property they never use. I've never stayed in a rental that was so well stocked with extra paper products, linens, and toiletries! Also, comfy beds and we loved the updated kitchen with a big island. The patio/fireplace area in the back is really nice, plus there are bonus outdoor areas in front and on the dock. Unfortunately we were there on a wet, chilly November weekend and didn't spend much time outside, but I can see where this place is really fun in the summer. The only (small) downside is that there is no TV/wifi, but I can see where you would miss those things a lot less when the weather is better. Nice place and we were very happy with it!"
