JUST ANOTHER DAY IN PARADISE Offers a 10 adults + inquire for details, Family friendly Lake house with a million dollar sunset. Make use of the front deck with beautiful lake views with gas grill and seating for 6 off the spacious front deck , or sit at the large dock with a sandy swimming area or enjoy the outdoor patio with brick fire pit. Fishing is great year round. The master bedroom offers a king bed and guest bedroom has a queen bed, both beds are very comfortable and new. Downstairs we offer a second full bath an three more bedrooms with 2 brand new queen beds .if your hungry our well equipped kitchen with a garland 6 burner stove double oven includes all the comforts of home, including a large refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Seating for 6 at the out door front porch and seating for 6 at the indoor kitchen bar also. Only 5 minutes from Peek 'n Peak (Ski, Spa, Golf, Swim, Dine, zip lines , segway tours, putt putt golf and adventure coarse ) 20 minutes from Erie, PA or Jamestown, NY and Chautauqua Institute. We are also located directly on Chautauqua Snowmobile trails maps are available. There are many wineries also located within 10 miles in northeast pa and westfield ny. We also have LOCAL TV, WIFI, NETFLIX HULU, and a library full of dvds to choose from .
The next door findley lake camp ground has 15 miles of hiking right out the back door. We also have RV and tent space for additional family to enjoy. For snowmobilers the snowmobile trail connects directly to a private trail to the house. Cross-country skiers have 15 miles of trails to cross country right out the back door. You can cross country ski or snowmobile directly to Pine Junction.. STRICT PET FEE: WE CHARGE 100.00 REFUNDED DEPOSIT ( THIS COVERS ANY DAMAGE THAT YOUR PET MAY CAUSE) WE ALLOW 2 PETS AT 25.00 A DAY . IF MORE THEN 2 ITS 25.00 PER DAY FOR EXTRAS. THIS COVERS CLEANING . PLEASE ASK QUESTION IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

Very fun property in a great location. Beautiful view across the lake. Close to some shopping which we did. Nice eating accommodations. Very eclectic decor. Wish it had been a little warmer and a little sunnier so we could have enjoyed the firepit and the dock area.

Winter cabin
Nice, well equipped cabin on Lake Findley, were able to ski right out the back. Easy drive to Wilderness Lodge in PA for groomed track skiing. Very comfortable beds and couches, kitchen is outstanding. The dog liked it too.

Perfect for Christmas brunch
We had an out of town family wedding close to Christmas so we had Christmas brunch the morning before the wedding. The living room was a perfect set up for everyone to see the grandparents open their gifts. The stay was comfortable and we would definitely recommend this site to others.

A little get away
This house was perfect for our needs. Extremely clean and the whole house was decorated so nicely and inviting. The location was good We stayed 5 nights which was absolutely perfect. Girls Weekend!
Our group of 7 ladies got together for a weekend of wine tasting, and reconnecting as we all live in different areas of the tri-state area. The property was just as described, well stocked, and perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked, accommodations clean, and easy check in/check out. We brought our food for the weekend, sat on the beautiful deck with our morning coffee, and enjoyed the fall scenery. We would definitely stay here again!

Great lake house
Can't beat the outside areas. The front deck, the fire pit patio and the dock all with lake views. The house has plenty of room in the livingroom for rainy days where you still have Lake views from the front windows. We enjoyed the kayaks, the paddle boat and lily pad that was available. Definitely a little piece of paradise. ❤ Owners was Great host.

Finley Lake Serenity
Our family needed a quiet place with a beautiful view that took pets. We got it at this beautiful location. The little town of Mina is a well kept secret. The shops are quaint and the local ice cream shop a delight. Our cabin was spacious and comfortable. The owners Steve and Julie were very accessible via email and they were helpful. Thank you.

Birthday Fishing Trip
Everything was wonderful. Julie was very communicative. Even after they advised their grill caught fire the day before our trip but went out and immediately purchased a new one so that we would have it for our weekend was impressive. We enjoyed the fire pit, deck and dock to fish off of. As well as the fully stocked kitchen. This house made my husband’s birthday celebration spectacular!

Peaceful Family Getaway
We had a wonderful time in Findley Lake. The cottage was large and comfortable. We especially loved the kitchen with the chef's stove and bar to sit at. I've never had a better view cooking! The house had comfy beds, plenty of bedding and towels, and all the dishes you need. The outside front deck was a perfect spot for meals and games. Nice,big fire pit. If you walk about 1/8 mile up the hill behind the house you connect with awesome snowmobiling trails for hiking. Our favorite part was the deck on the water. We spent a lot of time playing on the swimming dock, swimming mat, canoe, and paddle boat. There is plenty to do to stay busy and have fun!
