8409 Highlands Sleeps 19 condo located directly at top of Ski Lift/Chair 8 Sugar Shack on bottom of lift .Ski IN/OUT with a back door of condo into ski room lower level. The view from inside is great for watching skiers from the lift . Summer time this is one of the lifts that run all year around to get you down to the Resort for all the amenity's on site . Upper Golf course is walking distant to the Club House .This is the only 5 Bedroom Highland condo Slope side/6th Bedroom/Loft in Hallway of 2nd Floor Summer Time enjoy 2 Decks/Fire Pit
The Condo is 2800 sq ft and sleeps' 19 people .. Also a Serenity Spa ..Giant Dual Ziplines ..Soaring Eagle Zipline ..Sauna. Fitness Center ..Outdoor Fire Pits at the Courtyard Café ..All above is at the Resort that Ski Lift 8 will take down too... There are small fees for most of the Amenities
This is a new location for me . But as you can see from my other Units my reviews are keeping me above the others. I want to make your stay with me at Peek N Peak Condo a great memory and wanting to come back and stay again

Ski weekend
This is our 2nd time at this property and it does not disappoint. The house is as described and pictured. Plenty of space for multiple families. It’s in a great location especially when all lifts are running. We plan to stay again!

We loved the property and the location! It was a sufficient amount of space for all of us. The beds / rooms were just as depicted! We had all ages from 1 to 68! The kitchen worked well for us. Overall had a wonderful stay!

Perfect Family Ski Trip
We love this cozy, ski in/ski out unit! We really enjoyed the slope side fire pit to warm up in between ski runs. The overall house is cozy and welcoming. Great place for a family ski trip!

Great Location!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo comfortably accommodated all 17 of my kids, their spouses, and my grandkids. Being atop one of the ski slopes, and the end of a ski lift, was a huge plus. Perfect location for a large skiing family.

Perfect house & location
We absolutely loved the house and location. The house had everything we could ask for, plenty of beds, blankets, towels, kitchen supplies and TVs everywhere. We went with our whole family and had ages infant to elderly and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kids loved that the ski lift was right outside the house & we all enjoyed a day at the resort swimming. A great relaxing, quality family weekend. The host was constantly in communication and we didn’t have any issues. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice condo and bigger than expected
We rented the condo to attend a graduation in Erie, PA and we were 16 with a mix of different ages. From the outside the condo looks small, but it's pretty spacious on the inside. Most of the rooms have full baths, except one of the bedrooms has a half bath. The upstairs has the 2 "bedrooms", which are basically a large room with multiple beds and a bed in a large corridor leading to that room. Those rooms can fit about 6-8 people pretty comfortably and there is 1 full bath there. Then there are 2 bedrooms on the main level with full baths each, and 2 bedrooms on the lower level, one with a full bath and one with a half bath. We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo, but when we were there it was enjoyable. The fire pit was nice to sit around at night. There was a hitch with the ski lift because we were not aware you had to pay for it by getting a wrist band at the club house below, where all the other activities are. So, we rode it down because we saw that it was running, but we got yelled at by the attendant at the bottom and they wouldn't let us get back up. We had to go to the hotel and have them drive us back up with a shuttle. Other than that, we had a good time and it served it's purpose.

Great location ski-in ski-out
Great location at the top of lift 8! Comfortably slept 6 adults and 8 children, and there was room for more! We had a blast and loved the ski in ski out capability. Owner was responsive to both messages via VRBO and text during our stay. Entry code for key pad came right at check in time and worked without issue. The second floor bedroom is HUGE. A king bed, three twin beds and a closet big enough for a pack n play. Attached bath with double vanity. We didn’t use the bed out on the loft right outside the second floor bedroom because of the noise that would drift up from the first floor living spaces, but it would be great for a teen. We put the kids in Peak n Kids ski lessons and had great experiences with the older kids who are already established skiers. The younger kids (4 and 5) in the beginner groups was a bit of a bust. More like expensive babysitting, and not to the fault of the instructors— there were just too many kids who had never skied before with too few instructors. In hindsight, if you have a little one or a new skier, I would recommend paying a little extra for a private lesson. Like many of the rentals property at Peak n Peek, the house could use some updates, both cosmetically and from a technology standpoint. This isn’t necessarily a knock against this house, because all the others seem to be the same way. The internet was not “secure” which proved to be problematic with baby monitors and connecting the kids iPads to internet. Many of the tvs are not “smart” TVs and, while there were a lot of cable boxes, we missed having the flexibility of having Netflix etc on all TVs. We would stay again, which is why I gave 5 stars. Any improvements, cosmetically or technologically, would be a big bonus!

Beautiful Home
We had a wonderful stay in your home, thank you. Everything was as described in the summary and pictures. We even got to watch a wedding take place off the ski lift on Saturday. It was fun to watch all the guests and wedding party come up the ski lift, when there was no snow on the ground.
