"There is a delapatated, abandoned house on this property that is intentionally left out of photos. There is a narrow, unlevel path from the driveway down to the lakefront site that makes you cross over an ustable "bridge" made of house siding, and some uneven cinderblocks as "steps". You must traverse this to unolad gear and any time you access the honey bucket. The honey bucket is not cleaned before you arrive, but theres a cleaning fee for each day you stay. Sonder RailSpur

3.5 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (170)
"Location was great, no issues getting in and everything was just what was needed for us. We were able to easily walk to WAMU for a concert. The only real downside was a lack of immediate parking. The closest lot was expensive and of no fault of the location we had to pay to get our car after hours so that ended up running us over $160 for a night of parking. So if you can park then uber there it may save you some trouble. Overall really neat little space though. "
