"A truly stunning setting, with well appointed rooms. I arrived late and was not able to enjoy all facilities. The late menu too 'heavy'. I would have remarkeda perfect stay had I been troubled by the lead at breakfast. Still - I would return."

"Beautiful hotel and facilities. Check in was simple. Room was clean and we loved the record player and drinks available. The cocktails in the bar were great. Our main issue was the service in the restaurant and the prices of the food. €45 for steak before sides is very steep and especially in a restaurant where the staff are dressed super casual and not very attentive. While the food we got was tasty, the prices just don’t fit with the casual feel of the hotel. "

"A beautiful stay for myself and my 1 year old. The staff were incredible, so friendly, so helpful and even remembered my son’s name the next morning on check out which was really lovely! Housekeeping were all smiles and their work in the rooms is fantastic! What would be amazing is if they had a child play park outdoors because the scenery is stunning! Beautiful walks and just peaceful! Special mention to concierge Neal who went the extra mile for myself and my son with luggage, showing me...

"We were in Ireland for two weeks. And only stayed at this hotel one night however, this was by far the best hotel with amenities, noise, level, view of the river, and closeness to all sites that you might want to visit!"

"Nice functional hotel. Good sleep (bar being woken up at 2am by a loud man on corridor but that's not the hotels fault) Breakfast fine; nothing exceptional. Only negative really was that the water in shower was too hot. Spoke to reception twice (morning and evening) but to no avail. Water too hot & couldn't be changed second morning again. Gym & pool look lovely: I hadn't time. "
