"House was older, but charming. Very clean and well kept. Also great location to walk to downtown Frankenmuth which was a plus during Winterfest when driving is difficult. Only complaint might be lots of traffic even at night so it’s not real quiet to sleep. Would suggest curtains in upstairs bedrooms to help block out city lights. The blinds on the windows were not enough. "

"This property had everything we needed for our family vacation: comfortable beds, cozy lounging spots, central location (3 minutes to most everything, and 6 to 10 minutes to everything else), off the main street, and plenty of entertainment options to keep the family engaged during downtime. They even had coloring books, crayons, markers, and colored pencils, which was a huge hit with our 8, 6, and 4 year old. Would definitely recommend to others, and would likely stay again if we're back in...

"This was an excellent location to host friends. We used the Acorn for a space to get ready for our wedding. We were able to have the wedding party stay with us without feeling on top of each other. There was enough space for the guys to get ready downstairs while we got ready with hair and makeup upstairs. The Acorn was great for pre ceremony photos too. "Booked the house for 5 people instead of a hotel. It was a better experience then a hotel stay. The house was very clean, decorated tastefully for the holidays. Had enough hot water, towels, dishes in the kitchen, places to sit and visit. Neighborhood was quiet. The place helped to keep a stressful weekend fun. "
