"We were very happy with the property. We went off-roading at the local gulches OHV park and this was the perfect location. Plenty of room in the driveway for us to park 3 trucks and car trailers as well as 5 jeeps. The garage was a great place to work on stuff after the trails as it got colder. My only complaint is the listing originally said there was one more bedroom than there actually was. There are 3 rooms with 1 larger bed in them, 1 room with 2 twin beds and 1 room upstairs with 3 beds in...

"The location of this property is perfect however the house was very dirty!! The sheets were not clean and there was dirt on the fitted sheet. We pulled the covers back and was appalled. We went to Walmart and bought a comforter to cover the bed and pillows. There was urine on the toilet seat, hair on the sink. The stove had cat or dog hair on it. The recliner in the living room also had animal hair on it. It had a dirty smell to it. We actually left a night early because we couldn’t take it...

"This house was perfect for our needs. It had plenty of areas to gather with friends and enough space for people to have privacy. The whole backyard is gorgeous, esp the hot tub. The property manager was responsive and helpful. Only complaint was the outdoor range had not been cleaned but we didn’t plan to use it anyway. Overall a lovely house and we can’t wait to book it again!"
