There was a beautiful porch and the river ran in front of it. Which was cool but the cars flying by on the main road above it did take away from the feeling of solitude. "Beautifully upgraded, nicely maintained, well supplied, great outdoor spaces. Plenty of beds and couches and really nice lavatory facilities. Hosts communicated quickly and had a ton of local info and history on site. Little touches and amenities were excellent. One of our group will likely bring his family to this choice. It was off-season for affordability, but what a sweet choice. Devil's Backbone food and brews was relatively close and good rating as well."

"Had a wonderful stay. Beth called the day before I was to arrive, explained I was arriving late and on my own. She advised me of the code to get in the door and left my packet at the home. Graciously, left extra lights on for me. The home was very clean as well as several items in the kitchen to use and bathroom was well stocked with towels. "
