He proactively reached out and offered to help. He brought my kids scooters from his house during the weekend. It was lovely. The house is beautiful. With capacity to host like 30 people. We had lots of room and our kids were able to run and enjoy themselves. "

There were nice details that I did not expect from the description, like coffee (very grateful since I forgot to bring some), laundry detergent, and extra garbage bags. As an FYI, the water pressure on the kitchen sink is very low, but I realize that can be impossible to fix in some places. The managers responded to our questions very quickly. "

"We had a good week at the UP Cabin. The only issues we had from a cleanliness perspective were not the fault of the property owner, it seems the tenants before us were a little sloppy and managed to leave behind some things. Had a plumbing issue during the week but the owner had it taken care of ASAP for us, very much appreciated. They have done a nice job with the house for sure. Love the wood panel walls and ceiling, and the kitchen is REALLY well stocked for your stay. Our kids really enjoyed...

"Large group of us (13) revisited heart lake for the second year in a row and would be happy to make it a third. Plenty of space for up to 20 people, great kitchen and dining space, as well as extremely comfortable living and sleeping accommodations. Very cute brewery down the road and quick drive to Elk for activities. Can’t recommended this place enough. Thank you Julia!"

"We had a great stay at this property. The house was very clean when we arrived and beds were comfortable. The location was very close to skiing at Elk which was perfect for us. It’s in a rural spot so nice and quiet. I think this property would be just as fun in the summer as it is in the winter with the pond and the fire pit. We had a great time and were talking about coming back before we even left! Thanks for the great stay!"
