"We had a good experience at the hotel. Staff service was amazing! The actual hotel is old and dated. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes after taking a shower and the smoke alarms were tinted yellow from previous smoking. AC blew cold and beds were comfortable"

"The staff were friendly. But from the time I walked in and was told that the first floor of the hotel flooded I knew there was going to be a problem. When I got my alternate room, I could see it hadn’t been used for some time. The carpet had yellowing-brown and red stains. The mirrors were dirty. In the bathroom there were no towels.
