"I have no idea how this place has such high ratings. Although initially the check in clerk was kind and somewhat helpful, my stay at this hostel was disgustingly bad. I opted for a private room which was actually not even close to what the misleading ad boasted. It was very hot with no thermostat to adjust the temperature and it was also very dirty. "We were very happy with how clean the property was upon our arrival. We only needed to drop by the local Food City for groceries to enjoy our stay. We used the fire pit, propane grill, and hot tub during our stay. There was also a set of binoculars and a Bushnell lense for bird watching.
