"Everything about the property is great. At present there are extensive road works, improvements going on outside which causes delays in arriving and departing the hotel at peak times. "The hotel section (there's a connected restaurant across the road) was tidy, modern, warm and well decorated. We had booked a 'mountain view' room, but were given a lake view room at no extra cost, and which saved us an extra flight of stairs to carry bags.
