"Excellent value accommodation in an area where hotels etc are really expensive. Easy to check into reception, room is clean and has everything you’d need. It was very quiet and not many folk staying. Security is a bonus ….. we were really impressed and will come again. "

"Ideal for one person. I wanted somewhere as a base to walk in the Cotswolds (it’s 30 minutes walk from the Rollright Stones), and this was perfect.Clean and with all you need for a short break."

"This property exceeded our expectations. It was warm, well-equipped and definitely centrally located. Arriving to find a large fully decorated Christmas tree was a delightful surprise. Our host answered questions promptly and there was a helpful folder of advice. We will be returning to this absolute gem."

"The apartment is lovely and is ideally situated to access the centre of Cheltenham and to the race course.The reason for our overall rating as 4 is there was a strong smell on arrival which we did raise and there was a bag placed over one of the smoke alarms which was a concern that we raised but did not get a response to why, Other than that the apartment is lovely, very clean, beautifuuly decorated ( The photos do not give it justice), Comfortable Bed and the apartment is extremely well...

"The property itself if good. It is large and spacious with confortable beds and a large lounge. Finding it was not easy and the directions were not as helpful as they could be. The details about how to enter/access the property were quite confusing and unclear. The kitchen area was ok but rather surprisingly there were no sharp knives which is quite a big oversight. Overall im left with mixed feelings here. The property was good but the information, booking process and general communication...

"Paul and Elaine were very lovely hosts and we had a lovely time it was so relaxing and just whah me and my friends needed as it was a break away for my birthday ☺️ will deffo be back one day! It’s a lovely place to stay with the fire inside and the amazing hot tub outside which was super nice!! 😊 "

Upgraded room

"After reporting an issue with my room, I was instantly upgraded by the very helpful staff. Because of this, I had an excellent sleep in a clean and spacious room. All staff were friendly and food was delicious. The hotel itself is located next to the town, so a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre and various restaurants. If it wasn’t for the upgrade, I would have been quite disappointed with the room I received for the money been paid, so I would definitely recommend paying more for a nicer stay/room. Easy access to the train station which was also a 10 minute walk. "

Great Hotel, Great Staff, Amazing Breakfast.

"The Hotel is situated in the Centre of Worcester, with generous car parking facilities. On arrival, the check-in was easy and rapid, the receptionist was so helpful and friendly. The room was on the third floor and was spacious, clean and the en-suite was clean and with no issues. The Breakfast was quite simply the best hotel breakfast we have ever eaten! Overall the staff were so helpful and friendly, and we will certainly be staying there again in the future. 10/10."

"The hotel is situated about a five minuet drive from the town, which makes it much quieter than staying in the town center. The grounds are well kept and there is ample parking and EV charging facilities. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfasts were substantial and excellent quality. The room we stayed in was a good size, clean and well appointed. We didn't use the gym or pool but they looked very inviting. We enjoyed out stay and would love to come back some time."
