"The property itself if good. It is large and spacious with confortable beds and a large lounge. Finding it was not easy and the directions were not as helpful as they could be. The details about how to enter/access the property were quite confusing and unclear. The kitchen area was ok but rather surprisingly there were no sharp knives which is quite a big oversight. "Awful. Never got in! On a busy street above takeaway shops, no parking. Got instructions to check in, paid an extra £150 on top of price as security deposit. Front door code didn’t work. No-one ever answered the buzzer or phone. Shop next door said it happens every day! Waited 30 minutes and eventually gave up. Was asked to download ann app to get in - after we’d given up and driven away. Horrendous experience. "
