"The property itself if good. It is large and spacious with confortable beds and a large lounge. Finding it was not easy and the directions were not as helpful as they could be. The details about how to enter/access the property were quite confusing and unclear. The kitchen area was ok but rather surprisingly there were no sharp knives which is quite a big oversight. "This was an excellent choice and it was much better than I expected from the website photographs. The flat is large with lovely light coming into the lounge. Beds were on the firm side, but OK for us. The location is perfect - very close to town, but with a lovely green space in front. The bathroom is a bit dated, but functional - good shower over the bath. Would recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Cheltenham in an attractive area."

"I’m not sure how this man even has the audacity to put this place on Expedia. The toilet and kitchen were filthy, to the point where I went out and bought cleaning stuff with my own money to clean the bathroom. I was concerned that showering in there would leave me more dirty than I went in.
