"Extremely comfortable home with a great sense of history. I booked for four days to take my four adult children and my teenage grandson away to celebrate a birthday. We enjoyed some lovely walks and explored the castle and church. In the evenings we played board games in the cosy sitting room and the formal dining room made mealtimes special. We now have some very happy memories of our stay in Ludlow."

"Arrived, had been given full parking details,this was easy, also key code and this too was easy ,thus an excellent start .Upon entering we immediately felt at home, the house was warm and clean, upon exploring we found a basket of treats, essentials and milk in the fridge all ready for a rest after travelling. "We have just returned from a week away at Pigeon House. I can't fault the property - or the owners! Elaine and Adam were always quick to respond to queries and were on hand but kept a respectful distance. Pigeon House was spotlessly clean when we arrived and Elaine gave us a guided tour and showed us how everything worked. It was very well-equipped. Both bedrooms were lovely and the en-suites perfect - good showers, plenty of room (and toilet rolls!) more than enough towels and hand/body wash...

"We were very impressed with everything about our holiday. The accommodation was spacious, well presented and very comfortable and the hosts were always helpful but unobtrusive. "It was a lovely stay at the apartment. It had everything we needed and it was clean and tidy when we arrived. We didn't spend a huge amount of time in the apartment but there was enough space for the kids to play."

"Amazing stay just as it was described ,quite peaceful a totally relaxing stay host was great ,good location supermarket 3 miles away if you need anything ,hot tub fab. Couldn’t of asked for anything else ,"

"We were a party of 10 friends and had a fabulous stay at Owl Barn. The accommodation is fabulous and the living areas are spacious and modern. There upstairs lounge area with the wood burner was perfect. The large open plan kitchen/dining area was great for us to eat, drink and socialise. Martyn the host was welcoming and helpful. "

"The house was a great place to stay with lots of interesting places to visit in the area. A great deal of thought has been given to the layout of the property with three good sized bedrooms all with their own bathroom. "Lovely base for the week while we explored Shropshire. Very well equipped kitchen for our Hello fresh meals. Unfortunately had to take turn in staying downstairs as dogs are not allowed upstairs and our dog would not settle without us! Also cannot leave dog unattended so week was planned around dog friendly venues and activities which there are plenty of. Nice to have garden space for the dog. The host kindly left eggs, biscuits and milk which was very kind."
