This river view ranch is located on a quiet dead end road. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths 6-8 people will enjoy all the comforts of home. There is a pull-out couch in the main living area. Recently added central air for summer cool and a forced hot air furnace for winter warmth will comfort you in any season. The propane fireplace will help add to the romantic ambiance. While out on the deck you can relax on the comfortable deck furniture. There is a white picket fence to protect a dog or kids while they play. Plenty of parking space for vehicles. The dock slip can handle up to a thirty foot boat. Shore power, hot and cold running water are available for your boating needs. Possible additional pet and or dock fees may apply.

Thanksgiving Getaway
We had a wonderful time and the property is beautiful. Great view of the river. Clayton is such a nice little town with great shopping and eats. I felt perfectly at home preparing Thanksgiving dinner and the layout was also perfect for watching football. Overall, we loved the house, the location and certainly hope to stay again!

Beautiful house great view
Beautiful house with a fenced in yard. This house is within 10 minutes of Webfoot outdoors. Everything worked as it should and the bed was comfortable.

Five adults and two dogs enjoyed a nice long weekend (Oct 6 - 9) at this VERY clean house. Very comfortable staying at this house and can't think of anything else we needed that would have made our stay any better.

We rented this place with friends. We all absolutely loved the house and the location! The hosts were very friendly and always available if needed. The house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Clayton NY

Peaceful and beautiful
We really enjoyed this beautiful home and it's amenities. We were in town for an AAU tournament for our15 year old grandson. We were able to eat most meals there which saved a large amount of money. The last night we went to Channelside and it was amazing. The firepit was beautiful as well as the inside fire. I would definitely recommend this home to everyone

Christmas shopping trip
Our third year using this cute house as our Santa’s work shop. We shop then wrap while watching Hallmark movies. It has become a trip my sister and mother and myself look forward too.

A little gem tucked away on a dead end street with a beautiful view of the river. The home was clean and cozy and we appreciated being able to bring our furry friends with us for a relaxing week on the river. The owner was prompt in answering any questions. The home was uncluttered and stocked with common essentials. We hope to be back again soon.

Girls Weekend
We stayed for a girls weekend. The house was perfect! Plenty of space. The huge deck and fire pit were great for sitting out and relaxing. Nice quiet street with great views of the River. Close to everything. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed ourselves. Rob and Lisa have a true gem here!

R&R With an Incredible View
We found exactly what we were looking for and more in this property. It was neat, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Most importantly, the deck and fenced-in yard kept our toddler and dog entertained and safe throughout our stay. The house has incredible views up river and you can see the ships passing by Clayton from the kitchen, living room, deck, and yard. We can't wait to return.

A perfect getaway
We felt comfortable in the house immediately. It was very cozy and clean with an outstanding view from the deck. Visiting in the off season had its advantages with less crowds and quiet walks in the parks and towns. The evenings were often spent lounging on the deck or around the fire pit. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Celebrating 30 yrs of marriage
The house is very comfortable and well appointed. Thankful for the nice clean fenced in yard for our small dog. We could see the river from the house but could barely see the ships. Hardly being able to see the ships was very disappointing. The house is a short drive out of town.

Wonderful Clayton cottage
Everything was wonderful from the view, cleanliness, and location. The yard was perfect for our dogs. They enjoyed the stay as much as we did. The beds were very comfortable and can't express how clean we thought the place was. We would definitely stay here again....

The home was perfect for our group (5 adults) and we had our fur children with us too (3 dogs!). We chose days where the weather was perfect too and enjoyed all of the outdoor accommodations on the large deck. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Cottage!
Everything about this cottage exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the stunning view, the huge deck, the fenced-in yard, the comfortable beds, the two full bathrooms, the washer/dryer with detergent, the excellent A/C for cool sleeping, the dock, and the convenient location on the River.
