This property met my needs and was as advertised (acceptable housing with a low-end cost). Walking distance to restaurants and Wi-Fi provided. "We booked the cottage last minute on our way to the east coast after our previously booked lodging cancelled. The owner was quick to respond and the property worked perfect for our needs. It was a nice place to relax for the evening and get some sleep before we got back on the road. The kennel was also great for the dogs after a long day in the car! We did note there is one panel shorter than the rest right along the dog house structure. We were only there for one night and didn't look around...

"Charming 1800's house, comfortable accommodations, large supportive beds, oversized bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and very large dining room. I stayed here with 5 other women and we had plenty of room to spread out after a long day of shopping. If you love vintage houses and creaky floors this place is for you! We will be back!"

"We have stayed at this property twice in the past. Unfortunately, there was a last-minute illness that prevented us from being able to go this time. Too late to cancel. Just one of those things. Nobody's fault.We hope to book another trip to this property in the future, because it is just a nice, quite place to relax and unplug for a few days."

"The spacious house was perfect for our family get together. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to provide our own meals. A great place for families."

"My husband, sister, dog and me spent each evening relaxing by our camp fire. We took a few trips to surrounding restaurants and took many walks. We entertained ourselves kayaking, playing cards or playing bean bag toss. One night we drove an easy ride to Presque Isle Downs to watch the magnificent horses and even bet and won on a few races. The last day we met our family for a ride on their pontoon in Pymatuning. This was one of my favorite getaways. "

"We stayed one night, for a wedding near by. Overall, the house was great. My only little complaint is my toddler's feet got pretty dirty from crawling around on the floor. The owner was very accommodating. We would stay here again. "

"We had a perfect stay at the Stambaugh Farm. It had all the trimmings including a Christmas tree for the holiday! We got a blanket of snow right on time and my southern boys had a blast throwing it at each other in the yard. The historical charm beckons another time, but the rooms were amply warm and cozy. Our host went above and beyond. If you are visiting the area, do not hesitate to make this your home base. "

"Clean, comfortable and plenty of space for family of 6. Great outdoor area with big deck and fire pit. Beds are comfortable and everyone had their own space. Both beach and bike trail are a short drive away. Very relaxing vacation!"

"The house was beautiful and very clean. The outside property was perfect for our stay. We used the outdoor firepit each evening. We plan to go back next summer and take advantage of the kayaks. The host was very helpful and very accommodating. "
