"The house was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views right on the water. Kitchen was easy to use and had all the basics we needed. We found fun stores to poke around in and good places to eat in Clarion and Belmond. We also enjoyed the county park at the end of the lake. "

"Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good and there was a curved shower bar. WIFI was good. Check-in was fast and friendly. Parking lot was cleared of snow promptly. Breakfast buffet was decent. Literally my only complaint was that they ran out of gravy for the biscuits. We would stay here again."

"Sandman is a 10/10 for me my opinion the staff is very friendly I consider myself a regular ( I'm contracted so I work weekends ) so I book weekends beds and showers are okay heat and A/C work great specially a good spot to get a night's rest "

"My girlfriend and I always like to find unique places to visit. In wanting to see the Surf Ballroom and visit Blue Earth, MN, this was the perfect in between spot. The host was extraordinarily quick in responded, was watching out for us, and the property was exactly as it was detailed online. I would definitely stay here again!"
