"Loved this remote little enclave of cribs. If you’re after some time away from the world and like the idea of staying in a proper crib (as they used to be, but nicely updated w mod coms), then this is for you! We loved the beach views, seals, bird life and the peace and quiet. "

"Really enjoyed the location. Was able to take long walks on the beach while still being close to Dunedin for access to its restaurants. House was large enough for multiple adults and had both washer and dryer which was convenient as this was a stop in a longer trip. We really appreciated the electronic keypad entry since we had people coming and going on different schedules. Would definitely stay hear again if I was ever in the area."

"We loved the Professor’s house, great jazz wonderful books, beautiful views and a cosy house what more could you want on a winter break. Felt special to share in his wonderful family home. There was plenty of room, comfy beds, and a great shower. The sourdough loaf was much appreciated and completely consumed. We would love to come back and have the summer experience later in the year."

"Wonderful secluded retreat near the ocean - almost new condition - has everything you could want in terms of amenities and short walk to a remote beach with so few people you will likely not see anyone else. Beaches are not for swimming - but for walking and admiring the ocean. Great place to recharge and relax. There is a gravel road off the highway to access the property (drive takes about 20 mins but conditions is good). "

"Lovely property and Nicky is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Tennis court is great place for kids to play on scooters. Easy walk to the beach. Property is fenced and at the end of a quiet street."
