"I absolutely loved our stay! It was very comfortable and felt like home. The only thing I could not figure out was the heater/towel rack in the bathroom was not turning on. There was fresh milk in the fridge for coffee or tea (both were provided with sugar) and biscuits (cookies). The kitchen was stocked with plates, pots and pans, utensils, everything we needed to prepare and eat a meal. Each room has its own bathroom, which is great when you have teenagers. "Excellent location, right in the heart of Lavenham, stands this beautiful, authentic cottage. Perfect accommodation for a family or two couples as there are two toilets and two well resourced communal living. The kitchen and laundry room were very well equipped and made our stay very comfy. The only area for improvement was the check-out time of 10:00 am on a Sunday morning (with a van load of cleaners eating outside to enter the property) this made our departure feel rushed. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Green! The cottage is beautiful with its thatched roof, ceiling beams and big fireplace. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you might need & a lovely private garden to enjoy the summer evenings. Communication with Tracy was excellent. She made sure we had everything we needed and provided some brilliant personalised recommendations for things to do/happening in the local area. "We absolutely loved our stay in Little Oaks over the new year! We always try to book somewhere peaceful to escape NYE fireworks with our nervous dog and this location was perfect - so peaceful! "Comfortable, well-equipped cottage built onto the end of the farmhouse next door, with its own drive and grounds and ample parking space. The setting is rural, surrounded by fields and copses, just over a mile down a narrow single track lane. Very quiet, apart from the sound of planes on the flight path into Stansted airport 15 miles or more away, which didn't really bother us in October (though for a couple of nights bizarre acoustics did make a couple staying next door in the farmhouse sound...

"Perfect accommodation for a short break. Upstairs is decorated to a good standard in modern style. Everything you need. Kitchen/lounge/diner area. Very cosy and relaxing. Quite big bedroom with double bed and comfortable mattress. Downstairs at bottom of stairs is the toilet and a wet room with shower and under floor heating. Lovely and warm and nice decor. We used the accommodation for a two night stay so we could visit family nearby. Absolutely ideal. Just friendly and helpful. Thank you. "

"Beautiful cosy cottage in a sweet little village. We had the most wonderful mid week family break. Very nicely decorated with everything you would need. Steep stairs and uneven floors but nothing we couldn't cope with-added to the fun! We took the new family puppy and it was in a perfect location for the county park and lovely walks. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back!!"
