"Bij het aankomen ging obs iemand verwelkomen maar niemand gezien. De sleutelkast hing volledig achter de poort zodat we deze heel moeilijk konden vinden. Donker van binnen. Keuken was vuil, kasten plakten van het vet. Zwembad en bedden waren ik. Maar zeer warm binnen ondanks we alles gesloten hielden om de zon buiten te houden."

"Absoluut een huis met potentie. Echter, in de huidige staat betaal je veel om er vervolgens weinig voor terug te krijgen. Apparatuur werkt niet of werkt niet goed. Weigerend toilet bovenverdieping. Veel oude spullen, ratjetoe aan meubilair, keuken met links en rechts schade. Geen mogelijkheid om buiten met acht personen aan één tafel te eten. Absoluut pluspunt is het zwembad. Hoewel de rand deels opnieuw vastgelijmd moest worden verder prima! De eigenaren lijken nieuw in de wereld van het...

"The 1 bedroom apartment was really cramped and not very clean. When we got to the hotel they charged us an extra 12 euros for parking. The sofa bed was not set up. The bedding was not clean as i found hairs on the sofa bed bedding."

"We loved our week's stay in Saint-Martin-du-Var. The house is very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed (a family of 4). A very quiet location with scenic views and easy access to the mountains and to the coast. And we couldn't have wished for nicer hosts!"
