"Pros: The staff were amazing and helpful, especially at the buffet and the happy hour. Smiling, attentive, friendly and overall great. We had a room with a Terrace which was covered with bird poo - we requeated and were told it would be cleaned so that we could access the terrace, but after three days it never did get done. The television had many apps (netflix, disney, etc), but were not able to log into our account and were told that it juat doesn't work. "
