Check-in was good but we had a few issues with room access only being available through a phone app. Had no other communication with staff until we checked out 5 days later. "The hotel is well located close to many wineries. The view from our room to the Andes was breathtaking. Room and staff were excellent. The curinary experience was out of this world (cheers to the chef). Two things I found that need to improve: 1) communication; we came in on a Sunday midday and were not told the spa (famous) was not opened on Monday. "Really nice property and hotel. The roof tops on some of the villas are awesome. We had a fire and a bottle of wine our first night there on the room and really enjoyed a starry night. Only negative is the ~20 minutes of rough dirt roads to the hotel. It take awhile to get to Mendoza (1 hr) and other wineries are almost all 25 min . Not the end of the world as tge property makes up for it. "
