Casa Sea Esta is a wonderful home for groups up to seven guests with its open floor plan, huge outdoor covered living space, wonderful ocean views, large private swimming pool, all nestled near the Costa Rican jungle.
The well-equipped kitchen provides most everything that is needed to prepare your own meals. However, if you'd prefer someone else to prepare your meals for you, simply ask Osa Property Management for our Private Chef recommendations and pricing.
Osa Property Management’s Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation. We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or one of the local regional airports. Palmar Sur is closest (~30 minutes) and has one flight per day in/out of San Jose, while Quepos is approximately 45 minutes from Ojochal and has multiple flights per day on either Sansa Airlines or private charters. We will arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.
Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in and at check-out.
Osa Property Management / Costa Rica Las Villas representatives will be available from 8 am - 8 pm during your stay.
Casa Sea Esta is located on a breezy hilltop in Phase 10 of Ojochal. Guests about 10 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. Guests are 15 minutes from two amazing beaches: Playa Ventanas and Playa Tortuga.
Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management Representative for check-in.
The home is in a gated community and Guests will receive the access codes on the day of check-in.
Check-in must be completed by 8:30 pm.
In special circumstances, and confirmed in advance, check-in can be completed by 10 pm, but there will be an additional charge of $75 due at the time of check-in.
The property is a private home with no shared spaces.
Guests will have the exclusive use of the property and the private swimming pool.
A 4x4 vehicle is required to access Casa Sea Esta. No exceptions.
Ojochal does not have UBER and private taxis are not always available.
Please contact Osa Property Management if you would like to secure private transportation during your time at this wonderful property, and/or transportation to/from San Jose International Airport (or any other airport).

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
Guests in The Owner's Suite and Bedroom #2 have access to the patio and swimming pool area from their bedroom. Bedroom #3 has a set of bunk beds that can hold up to three people.
The Pacific Ocean views and the swimming pool are clearly seen from the kitchen and the patio and the Owner's Suite and Bedroom #2.
Pak-n'Play or Baby Travel Bed can be rented for an additional $50 USD (plus VAT) fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
For those that enjoy grilling, there is a propane fueled grill on the covered patio, along with an outdoor sink and preparation area.
Every vacation rental managed by Osa Property Management will have the following provided:

Guests are responsible for replenishment of items.
Swimming pool is serviced twice per week.
Landscaping is done twice per month to keep the grounds looking great. Osa Property Management will notify guests at least 24 hours in advance if a landscaping service is scheduled at the property.
Guests will spend most of their time outside on the comfortable outdoor furniture on the covered deck/patio area. Regardless of the weather, guests will enjoy the views and the sounds that the Southern Pacific region provides.
The swimming pool is comfortable and the perfect size for adults and for children. There is an outdoor shower near the pool to rinse off in and a 1/2 bathroom.
