"I thought the room was very clean and comfortable (stayed in the Glass House). I had just stayed in a higher end Hilton in San Francisco that wasn’t even close as comfortable and well taken care of. The staff was exceptionally friendly too. "

"I accidently booked the wrong room for you stay through Expedia. Totally my fault but the front desk lady was very helpful and able to find a room that would fit my family. The hotel showed full but she was able to locate 1. My son also left his ski coat and the front desk held onto it for us and we were able to pick it back up on our way to the airport. Also, good dining options within walking distance!"
