"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). "Allora...... vi ho già inviato una lunga mail alla quale non avete ancora risposto Spero lo facciate presto. Abbiamo prenotato intorno al 10 febbraio. Il 25 pomeriggio è arrivato tramite voi un messaggio (che non abbiamo visto subito) dalla struttura in cui ci si informava che la SPA era chiusa. Il 26 quando eravamo quasi arrivati è arrivato un altro messaggio in cui ci si chiedeva da dove arrivavamo. Giunti in hotel la proprietaria ci diceva che comunque con la prenotazione fatta tramite...

"Apartmenthotel. We visited the hotel at the end of the season. Most hotels were closed. Probably it will look different in springtime after a refresh. It was not dirty, only small imperfections. Simple and old-fashion furniture but the bed was ok. Staff very gentle. Breakfast ok. Lovely view over the lake"
