"Very interesting and quaint little hotel. The room was large enough and the decor was nice. It had an original 1930’s elevator which was TINY but really neat and nostalgic. Be aware the front desk is just a small room inside the front door and it is not manned after hours, but when you check in, they give you a key and instructions on how to get in and how to use the elevator. The location was great for proximity to the Duomo and the Metro. Would stay here again. "

"Had a good stay! Everything was clean. However, the door to the apartment was a bit challenging, it would get stuck often and was difficult to open at times. The biggest advantage was the proximity to the central train station. So it was easier to go on day trips from Milan! Overall, it was a pleasant stay, would recommend! "

"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."

We liked our current stay very much, although we were a little disappointed with the request to order a taxi for our early departure to the airport.
