"This hotel was ok, spacious bathroom, very helpful staff, and reliable housekeeping. The bad parts were a small bed and despite central heating, it was somewhat cold. But my 5 Vie stay wasn't a problem - getting there was. It is better for those that have a car. If you are taking a train and/or bus, please get there as early as possible. Due to late trains, I got in to Bergamo after 7. Missed the last bus, and finding a taxi (including using Uber) was impossible. I ended up walking for three hours all the way to the hotel! And it was brutal. And after the Sunday checkout had to walk almost a mile to catch the last bus back to Bergamo. So don't end up like me, and you'll be fine. I want to thank again the gentleman who opened the door for me at 1am(90 minutes after the check in deadline) And the housekeeping lady too. Highly doubtful that I will be back, at least it wasn't worse."

"Beautiful area right on a river with gorgeous mountains in the distance. The hotel restaurant was delicious as well and the staff were extremely kind. Just be aware that there is little to no public transit or even taxis in this area."

"View from our room was INSANELY BEAUTIFUL. From the balcony we saw mountains, nature, and water. And it was a quiet area. The restaurant downstairs was very very pretty and delicious. And the dessert looked like it was from a fancy 5 star restaurant. Short drive from lake como which is very beautiful and walkable. And there were parking spaces available in the front and back."

"The ambience of the property and grounds was beautiful. We were just disappointed with the breakfast. It didn’t feel like a luxury experience for the price of the stay. There was no fresh bread or croissants and the choice was otherwise quite limited. I requested a gluten free breakfast but was offered rice cakes and gluten free cup cakes whereas hotels normally provide gluten free bread or rolls for breakfast. The coffee was cold and we would have expected fresh coffee or a cappuccino to be served at the table. It was also a shame not to sit outside for breakfast in the beautiful courtyard. "
