"The apartment was very comfortable and well located however the checkin process was not good. No address was supplied prior to arrival, and the address on the map is incorrect. When we rang the number a non english speaker could not help, we waited and finally received another address. we walked there and again had to wait for someone to attend and let us in. "This place isn’t called city center best hostel for no reason, the staff was very helpful with finding amazing food and places to visit. It was very comfortable sleeping there alone and the whole area was clean, including the 2 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and bed. 5 star recommendation for this hostel while in Milan"
