"Not super flashy, but recently updated, very clean and fresh. Staff is conscientious, friendly, and responsive. Not very scenic, but the location is convenient being right off the 32. It’s about 15 minutes from Eastgate, and about 30 to 40 minutes from downtown Cincinnati depending on the traffic. Two gas stations, coffee in a couple of dining options in walking distance. "The hotel is really nice the pool too. There was some downfalls during our stay but everyone was really nice an trying to accommodate us. Well be back. "It was a standard Hampton inn. It was good enough for a night stay, but it wasn't the Ritz. The staff was phenomenal, but they didn't have any glass glasses to drink wine out of. It's just that kind of place. We enjoyed it. It was good for what it is."

"Front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, super clean and modern. Shower was excellent. Only negative was the bed… the mattress was completely worn out.. mushy with zero support! A decent mattress would have made this an A+ stay. "

"Pros were excellent location, room was clean, and price was reasonable. Cons were there was very little water pressure in shower, no housekeeping service unless you make a specific request, the hallway music was too loud at night despite requests to turn it down. We have stayed there on previous occasions and would probably do so again. "
