"Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. It’s the older style of hotel where you leave your key with the front desk when you go out. All front desk staff spoke English although I enjoyed practicing my French. We had two rooms—the more expensive room had a sweeping view of the city and the sea. We waited and waited, then discovered the keys were in the locked box which was meant to be used for pick ups after 6pm. No one told us. Appalling.
