"Just a perfect location to take the family. Had everything from great entertainment for the kids to lovely restaurants. Staff couldnt do enough and went into every tiny detail to make sure we had a great trip. Our 1 year old had a minor accident and not only were the staff on hand to help but they sent a 'get well soon teddy bear' - its the small things that make the differences and this hotel really delivers that. "This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Turkey, or in my lifetime. The reception guy(possible manager) is so rude and impolite. We arrived at hotel and wanted to check in at night. The guy is impatient and unfriendly to us for unknown reason. Under this circumstance, we told him we would like to take a look at room then decided whether we should stay here or not.
