"The Hotel overall was excellent. Although they didn't put our rooms near each other. Then we realised our room was a disabled room with no furniture and clumsy layout. Plus located right next to the entrance on the restaurant. After complaining several times and some delays they managed to change the room. "We stayed only 1 night. It’s was quiet. Regret that we could not get anybody to help us with carrying the suitcases up to the room (no lifts). Dinner was tasty. Major complaint is the absolute overuse of single use plastic, of individual food packaging, but we found that to be generalised in Turkey. No environmental policies! "

"The staff were all warm and welcoming. Entertainment was great and a fun atmosphere. The only thing that was a down side was the hotel must've had a slight sewage problem as certain areas didn't smell too great and the corridor of the the room we were staying in had a lighting issue that made going to my room a little frightening. Still a nice place to stay with a few small maintenance issue."
