"The view was very nice! The unit we were in needs new painting. Sofa needs replacement. Bathroom needs to be upgraded."

"Nice, spacious apartments with large balconies and pool area as well as a lovely view on the ocean side. The apartments were mostly clean but there was dust collected on photos and some furniture. Not walking distance to town but no big deal if you have a car. "

"Fantastic views...amazing location. Staff very helpful. Perhaps may be time to upgrade the major appliances. Also, would NOT recommend going to Airlie Beach during what they call the wet season...Jan-Mar. It rained every day...our flights were cancelled; the entire airport was closed cuz the roads in were flooded...apparently a regular event there. "

"Absolutely gorgeous rainforest retreat. Nice simple breakfast options. Bed was super comfy. It is quite a way from the town centre (not walkable or at least a LOOONG walk) but that added to the quietness."

"No air conditioning in the bedrooms only the living area. Toilet floor needs a really good scrub as smells like a men’s urinal. We had a 6 night stay and only had 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 dishwasher & 2 dish liquid sachets. No spray to clean the bench down. Apartment was very spacious, comfortable lounge chairs and very comfortable beds. Loved the local Curlews hanging around outside. "

"Very spacious 2 bedrooms apartment with ocean view, good for families. The property is very modern and clean."

"Lovely apartment with a great view BUT right over top of a very popular, noisy bar. Unless you’re hard of hearing or want to join in the party below, be prepared for lots of loud talking between happy hour and closing time. The pool is right in front of the bar, so no privacy during that time."

"Oasis 11 is on the Marina side and you can walk to the Marina to all the eateries. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely view but does need updating as the decor is tired and some of the cupboards/chairs were loose or broken. It comes with a buggy which is handy and kids U12 eat free at some restaurants. Overall, it felt more like a home and was comfortable. Another relaxing and enjoyable stay at Hamilton Island."

"What a beautiful island, staff were amazing so polite, friendly and welcoming. Activities well organised and run. Great restaurant service and drinks brought to you at your pool side location. Rooms were beautiful, spacious and house keeping amazing. Would highly recommend Hayman Island as a must holiday, can’t wait to return. Thank you to all the staff for a great experience. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Daydream Island. The staff are fantastic and the food was very good. Our room was comfortable and clean. The island is a really beautiful spot with crystal clear blue waters, fantastic pool areas, and the living reef really gives you the full experience of being at The Great Barrier Reef. There are plenty of activities on the island as well as trivia nights, bingo, and outdoor cinema. There are many tour options leaving Daydream Island daily for those who want to visit the reef, Hamilton Island, Airlie Beach,or Whitehaven Beach. The rooms have on-demand movies with a large selection including new releases. It would be great to have additional dining options. There is essentially two restaurants for dinner which while great, it does get a bit repetitive after a week. We also recommend making bookings for dinner before arriving as the two restaurants get booked out resulting in being restricted to having to do take away back to your room. "
