"The large hot tub with an ocean view was absolutely amazing! However, the staff could improve on providing clear information upfront. We were a group of five, so I requested an extra bedding set (futons, pillow, and comforter). While I understood there would be an additional charge, they didn’t inform me of the cost until checkout. Clear communication about extra fees would have been appreciated."

"Besides the mistake at the front desk, everything went smoothly. The front desk staff doubled assigned another guest to the room I was already assigned to, and it caught me by surprise, but I understand mistakes can happen, and she handled it accordingly. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. And the location was convenient. I will visit again."
