"The hotel is really good, but some things could be improved. For example, there is not a single chair in the lobby, never mind anything more comfortable. The hotel is also geared towards Korean guests - no map of Ulsan available with street names and the rest written in Latin alphabet. Also the restaurant stops serving Korean food at 8 pm, while Western dishes remain available until 11 pm. I have them at home as well."

"We enjoyed our stay at The Coolest Hotel. The front desk staff (Rayoon) was so helpful and kind. The breakfast was also convenient! We enjoyed the view from our balcony as well as the pool. The room we booked was the smallest room type. Perhaps next time I would book a slightly bigger one."
