"I am extremely happy to have chosen this location for my trip to STX. The Owners Chad and Emily were excellent and extremely hospitable throughout my stay. The unit was very well decorated, clean, and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was excellent for accessing all parts of the island and the neighborhood was gated and felt very safe. I would highly recommend this property for those looking for the perfect vacation rental on STX."

"It's nearly impossible to describe perfection! When we arrived and saw the spectacular view, my husband and I both said, "Wow!" The pictures on VRBO of the view, the home and the pool are 100% accurate. The house was clean and tidy and the bed was top-notch. I'm certain we've found our "home-away-from home" and intend to return year after year. Alex was an excellent host and as an added bonus we had a sweet dog and two kitties that would occasionally come to visit! "

Recognizing how hard it is to keep a property in top form while under the constant assault of sun, sand and salt, the condo was in very good shape, clean and well-appointed. We appreciated having extra things like beach towels & a soft-sided cooler to use. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was great having Alisha, the property manager, check on us. "

"Good food & drinks. Nice beach & pool. Small resort. Cons: DJ 3 nights/week playing Gen Z Miami night club music LOUD for hours. Need more entertainment. Theft: $100 was taken from my wallet in the safe. My husband did not take it. Never happened before, we've traveled to Mexico and Carribean islands 25 times. Safe worked before dinner, returned & it would not open, had to get maintenance the next day. Being small resort, it's easy for a thief to see you and know when you're out of...

"This was a first visit to St Croix fir my aunt (70) and cousin (16). This was my 3rd visit. It was a wonderful stay. The convenience to Christiansted, ample parking, and relative ease to reach Frederiksted. The weather, the people and the condo was comfortable. Kim was readily accessible to respond to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was a nice quiet beach vacation."
