Lovely top quality modern house in a great location
This really is a fabulous house in a super location. Top quality through out and wonderfully comfortable. We had everything we could need and more. Great host and easy communication. Easy walk to the park and town. We even walked an easy 25 mins to the train station for the Tranzalpine. Highly recommended
Kim was an excellent host. Very friendly and informative. The property is beautiful and in a great location to be able to explore Christchurch CBD by foot and easy day trips elsewhere.
Very clean and modern unit, excellent location. So good to be able to walk to Hagleigh Park just at end of street. High standard of security. Thankyou so much, we'd love to stay again.
Convenient to Christchurch Botanic Gardens, a focus of the visit. Also close to the city center and its restaurants, etc.
When necessary, we used Uber; but the city is flat and walking was the easiest.
Within 25 easy minutes walk of the station across Hadley park (great start for our return trip on the trans alpine) and with the no 7 bus to the bus exchange passing the front door. Fully fitted out 2 story apartment suited our needs. We had a great time. Final day we checked out , leaving luggage at bus interchange before heading by bus to airport.

Nice new property a stones throw from hagley park and very central to cbd. Limited parking close to the property
Can’t say enough about this lovely 1BR apartment in Christchurch city central. The property itself was new and very well-equipped and decorated. It had everything we needed to feel at home during our stay. And the location was perfect. Steps to a huge urban park and botanical gardens, and just minutes walk to all of the restaurants and shopping in central Christchurch. And if you don’t feel like walking, you can always hire one of the e-scooters that are readily available throughout the downtown core. A fun and cheap way to get around. Also within walking distance of the central bus exchange where you can catch a bus virtually anywhere in the city. We had a hired car but didn’t really need it. The owner was easily contacted and responsive. He bent over backward to help us look for alternative accommodation when the cyclone extended our stay, and was really friendly and understanding.
Overall the property and location are 5-stars across the board. We will absolutely be staying there again on our next visit to Christchurch, and I’ll be referring my family and friends as well.
