"The home was decorated in country motif which made it feel like home to us all. Very large home was perfect for us. The host was very responsive to my questions. Everything we needed was provided. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who has a big group to accommodate. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!"

"We came to BA to visit family and go to Woolaroc, Tall Grass Prairie, and the Pioneer Woman's Mercantile in Pawhuska. Our stay at the VRBO was great. Location is on a quiet cul de sac that is within several subdivisions.It would be tricky to find without GPS. Cozy, updated ranch home that had the amenities we needed for restful nights for our busy days. We will definitely consider using this VRBO again. Less expensive than our usual hotel stays."

"Last year we started coming here and plan to come every year. We absolutely love it there. It's peaceful and the view on the deck is something spiritual. "

"I would stay here again! The rental was as described. I stayed with my mom, 2 adult children and their toddler and newborn. We felt very at home although there was 4 inches of snow on the ground. The home had plenty of space and the fireplace was perfect! The backyard was secure for our 2 doodles and all appliances worked. Neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to NSU. My family felt safe at this rental. Highly recommend! "

"This was a really nice large home. It had all the amenities we needed and they even had a Christmas tree that we got to enjoy. I highly recommend this home if you are traveling near Tulsa. RJ did a great job of communicating with us as well."

"It was great "

"Stayed here for 2 nights as a trip to explore the Tulsa area. Overall the treehouse was more spacious than I had expected, but the pullout couch bed did not have enough and we had a few problems with ants coming in the kitchen. They did supply lots of towels and kitchen utensils which was nice. Loved the hot tub!"

"We have an amazing stay every time we stay here! It accommodates every need from space, to views, and distance to entertainment. We will never stay anywhere else when we come to visit and float the river! If i had to give a con...maybe supply ricks of wood for the firepit. We bought some from town so not a big deal but that really the only thing i could say if i had to say something 'bad' or recommended. Otherwise, we will be backevery year for many years to come! Thank you!!"

"Overall it was a great stay! Nice, updated, clean house! We had 2 dogs with us, and the property accommodates them very well. If i had to say one thing negative, it would be that We are very sensitive to cigarette smoke, and the house had a slight cigarette smoke odor. But again, great property!"
