"The house is located rural, next to a unpaved road en a small stream. It is not luxury but wel equipped and comfortable. It offer a lot value for money. Due to the trees it is relatively cool on hot summer days. In Lormes , which has a nice atmosphere, there are supermarket, several good shops for food and some cafe’s. The surrounding is suited for some shorter day trips and for walking. For cooling down on hot days there is a small lake at a 15 minutes walk from the house"

"We enjoyed our stay in Panneçot very much and were delighted to communicate with Dominique, who was calm, practical and very helpful, thank you Dominique. The cottage is in an ideal location. Everyone slept soundly and we enjoyed tractors going past the doorstep and giving a wave in the morning. A small note - I have left enough toilet paper for the next guests. Not possible to buy in the little hamlet and with families, maybe good to err on side of generous..."

"We loved our time at Champallement which is a very pretty village in beautiful countryside. Our host was extremely helpful prior to arrival and the house is just as described in the listing. Comfortable beds, high quality dishwasher and washing machine, a good garden for us and our dogs (though a determined dog could escape quite easily). Kitchen was well equipped but small for more than one person. Very good shower. Fantastic dog walks all around and lakes for swimming just 15 minutes away...

"Very nice, and comfortable gite. Big plus is the huge fully fenced garden which you have all for yourself. For us this would be a 11 out of 10 if there would be wifi. Thank you Sabine for having us!"

"Lovely house, plenty big enough for a family of two adults and two tall teenagers. Great welcome from the owners. The house had everything you could possibly need and was very clean. Very pretty garden with furniture. Good location for visiting the Morvan."

"A spacious and comfortable house in a beautiful and peaceful location overlooking a canal. There is plenty of outdoor space and you can enjoy walks along the canal. The owners, who live next door, are exceptionally kind and helpful. Highly recommended, especially for families."

"The mill was everything we expected and is just so beautiful . The gardens were perfect for our little dog to explore. The host Leopoldine was extremely friendly and helpful and speaks very good English , and was great at recommending places to eat . "

"Le séjour chez Rafaela s'est très bien passé. Le gîte entièrement rénové est très propre et très bien équipé. Rafaela est très sympathique et attentive à ses hôtes, la communication était très fluide. Le gîte se situe dan Sun charmant village avec un très joli château, environnement très calme. Il faut prévoir de faire quelques kilomètres en voiture pour les courses et pour trouver une boulangerie. Il y a cependant un dépôt de pain une fois par semaine. Calme et nature garantis !"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte en bordure du canal du nivernais. Le cadre est parfait, au milieu des bois, dans un jardin parfaitement entretenu. Le gîte en lui-même est très bien, petit mais en parfait état, propre et bien équipé. Il y a une grande terrasse avec salon de jardin, transat. "Nous sommes venus à Saint-Honoré-les-Bains pour fêter les 1 an de notre fils. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. La maison est tout à fait adaptée pour accueillir de grandes familles (nous étions 17, dont deux bébés). Les équipements sont parfaits, les différentes pièces de vie spacieuses et agréables (surtout le salon avec le babyfoot) et les chambres (toutes avec salle de bain) permettent aux invités d'avoir tous leurs espaces.
