"Great place to stay to visit Alnwick and the surrounding area. The only downside is the noise from the traffic. Really noisy in the room we had. But check in and out was easy, and breakfast was great. "

"We chose a bad day to go, there was a Christmas fare on in a marquee in the grounds and the place was packed out with every available member of staff busy in the restaurant, so there was no one mannig the reception, so, we did as the notice on the door said and asked a member of staff to check us in, and although she was rushed of her feet she got us checked in along with another couple who had also arrived. "Good value for money, cheerful staff and a welcoming atmosphere. It was great that the room was serviced without being asked, a quality sadly lacking in a lot of places now. Brilliant value breakfast with lots of choice."

"I stayed for 1 night whilst i had work at the hospital close by. It's above a pub but you can't hear the noise. Just a little bit of road traffic. The bed is comfortable and it's clean. Check in and check out was easy."
