"It was a great location, easy to find, and peaceful. It is just up the hill from Soufriere. Resort has amazing views and friendly staff. The restaurant serves great food. Cottage was nice and bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend you have a rental car. Some of the property grounds were run down but staff was working on that while we were there."

"Overall I would recommend this property if you are like me and don’t do resorts and all inclusive. The studio apartment worked well for me and had an excellent view. Clean and comfortable with a functional kitchen should you want to dine in. There was a bit of a drive to and from the airport however I was met by a gentleman who I came to appreciate as he was very helpful and looked out for me during my stay. "we spent one night here as we wanted to be close to the airport the last night on the island. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the unit, it was very large and commfortable. It is perfect for a one night stay. We ate at the restaurant and had the homemade pork and dumpling stew... it was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"She was lovely and was eager to help but lets you do your own thing as well. Willing to drive for a cost, which was wonderful. Kind and thoughtful. A wonderful cook. The contact number on Expedia was attached to a ex member of staff that left over a year ago, that this started to ring alarm bells. "The apartment is in a great location with a stunning view and it’s in beautiful condition for a small 1 bedroom! Walking distance to restaurants and other stores. "Gorgeous sunsets we loved Noelita our local house manager. The pool was a huge hit for our family. The house location was ideal for sightseeing, groceries, restaurants and beaches in a less touristy section of the island. Danielle the house owner is very responsive and sent us some fantastic suggestions of local activities and tips. Was a 5 star vacation! "

"Ms. Cheryl Gustave (General Manager) and her staff were most accommodating to me and my family while we were visiting the island in February (2025). We had a very memorable 3-generational trip (mother, daughter & grandmother) and our stay here was no exception. Now, we plan to return to the property every time we visit St. Lucia and will certainly recommend it to others. I can't say enough about the service, food, drinks, shuttle to the other (3) Bay Gardens properties, which we had access to, and the serene atmosphere at Bay Gardens Hotel. The bartenders were great and the Rum Punch was even better! The hotel was recommended to us by family members and it did not disappoint. The pictures online accurately depicted the grounds. Well worth the money. I wish I had been a bit more adventurous and taken part in the Karaoke Night activities...maybe next time."
