Terrible hotel. In my opinion keep looking. I arrived at 10pm for a 3 night stay. When I arrived the “24 hour front desk” was a guy who spoke barely a word of English, didn’t have my booking & couldn’t fix the problem.
I was given a room & shown to a very basic, bare bones room. The aircon didn’t work effectively, there seemed to be toilet water leaking on the bathroom floor & the bathroom tap was very loose to the point I thought it was broken. I also tried to use a power point that gave off a spark.
The room was very outdated & old & in much need of some basic updates. The photos for the hotel have definitely had some touch-ups done.
I advised the desk of the aircon problem & despite several attempts they were unable to fix it so said I could change rooms but when I went to get my things from the first room there was no electricity so their solution was to send a weird guy who spoke no English with a flashlight to shine in the room so I can collect my things!
I was given one bottle of water, one small shampoo & one tiny soap for my whole 3 night stay & had to spend almost 1 hour & speaking to several people in order to sort out my booking issue.
Room also quite unsafe, balcony doors don’t lock & only one push-button lock on room door with key entry, no electronic card.
Very poor service all round & very poor room quality. I’m sure there are many better hotels in the area at a similar price point. Keep looking.
