"Great location for us while staying in New Bern. Rental was well maintained and the kitchen stocked with necessary equipment and even spices. Beds were very comfortable. The decks overlooking the marina were a plus. Nice to have many amenities nearby. The host was very responsive to questions. Overall would recommend this rental for a lengthy or short stay. "
