"This house was super clean and had a fantastic view of the Neuse. In the warmer months I can definitely see renting a boat for the stay and using the dock. A few things that I think would go a long way: a comfy couch in the living room to just look out at the river and watch TV. "When we arrived in Greenville, 3 1/2 hours away to move our son into his rental we ran into a bunch of hurdles and thought we may need to stay another night. Before check-in I messaged and asked if we could get another night. They were very fast responding that we could. We arrived exhausted from moving. The easy access to enter is great. The cleanliness is awesome. A very quiet neighborhood, close to ECU. I highly recommend the rental. "
