"Had such a lovely time at the Hoops. All the staff were really friendly, we had an upgrade to our room which was really comfortable. Enjoyed eating and drinking in the bar, great choice of drinks and delicious food. Breakfast was outstanding, really good quality food. Will visit again. "Stayed for 2 nights with my 10 year old daughter and nearly 80 year old mother and both felt catered for and had a lot of fun. The food was excellent, however waiting staff in the evening were a little slow. The activities and facilities are vast. We were fortunate to have Liam as our Activity lead and he was absolutely brilliant. Patient, funny, spoke to each age group with the right level of explanations and despite no one knowing each other in each class, by the end we were all championing each other... that was down to him, so thank you."
