"The door lock was broken, and a dirty pillow was brought when asked for an extra pillow. The fridge handle was broken off and wasn't replaced! The futon was very dirty when we lifted it. It was full of hair and unknown crumbs. Toys were there, looked like never cleaned up for a while. "
