They said they fixed it. but unfortunately the air conditioner was still blowing cold air. we woke up at 5 in the morning with our teeth chattering. we looked for a blanket in the room. unfortunately there was none. we called the reception. unfortunately no one answered the phone to ask for a blanket. we are very sick today. ogaz varicose fever and our bones ache. we came on holiday, we got sick, we are freezing.sore throat and fever...
